Publish the store using the production Merchant Panel.

Open the live store in a normal browser and on a phone.

Immediately After Launch

Place or closely monitor the first live order.

Check payment status before fulfilment.

Confirm customer emails are being delivered.

Review inventory and order totals.

Watch for shipping or tax issues from real customer addresses.

Note

Do not use launch day to discover whether checkout works. The store should already have completed a successful end-to-end test order before it is published.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to finish every advanced PlanetShopping feature before launch?

No. Phase 1 is intentionally focused on the essentials needed to take a store from sign-up to its first successful sale. Advanced analytics, privacy configuration, marketing tools and other features can be expanded after the core store is operating reliably.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. PlanetShopping offers a 15-day free trial with no credit card required.

When do I need a paid subscription?

A paid subscription is required when you are ready to publish the store and accept live customer orders.

Should I launch with a custom domain?

A custom domain is strongly recommended for a professional public store. If PlanetShopping provides a default store URL in your account, you can use the address options shown there.

How many products should I have before launch?

There is no arbitrary minimum in this guide. Launch when the products you intend to sell are complete, accurate and ready for customers.

What should I check first if a customer cannot complete checkout?

Review payment status, shipping availability for the customer’s address, tax configuration and any product availability or inventory issues. Use the related setup guides to isolate the problem.
