Reports & Analytics
Learn how to use PlanetShopping Analytics and Reports to understand sales, orders, conversions, customers, traffic and product performance.
Purpose
PlanetShopping Analytics gives you a clear view of store performance from one dashboard. Use it to review sales, orders, conversion activity, customer behaviour, traffic and product performance, then open detailed reports when you need a closer look.

Understand the Conversion Funnel
The conversion funnel helps you see how visitors move toward completing an order. Review Added to cart, Reached checkout and Sessions converted together to identify where customers may be leaving the buying journey.
Review Traffic and Customer Trends
Traffic reports help you understand how shoppers find and use your store. You can review traffic sources, social sources, referrers, landing pages, device types and visitor locations. Customer metrics such as returning customer rate and cohort analysis can help you understand repeat activity over time.
Reports
Select Analytics → Reports to open the Reports list. Verified reports include:
- Sales over time
- Average order value over time
