Setting up PlanetShopping Tax
Taxes are a critical part of running your online business. PlanetShopping provides automatic tax calculations to help you stay compliant.
How to enable automatic tax
- Go to your PlanetShopping Dashboard.
- Click on Settings in the bottom left corner.
- Select Taxes and duties.
- Check the box for Enable automatic tax calculations.
- Save your changes.
PlanetShopping will now automatically calculate the correct tax rates for your customers based on their shipping address and your registered business locations.
Supported Regions
We currently support automatic tax calculation in:
- United States
- Canada
- European Union
- United Kingdom
- Australia
If your region is not listed, you can manually configure tax overrides in the same settings panel.
